  I love coming here to get all my meats and cheeses for wine night or just when I want to eat them. They have a wide range of selection and are so helpful as well. If you have no idea what you want, you can ask them for suggestions and at times they'll even let you try it !
  What's also great is that you can get a few slices of cheeses or meats to try. You can't do that at other stores since it's just all pre-packaged.
  
  Cucumber salad - I can actually make this but it's pretty efficient to just grab and go if you're picking up some meats and cheeses. Tastes very refreshing !
  
  Cappelini Pasta Salad - one of my favorites as well. Just the right about of flavors.
  
  Pros:
  - accepts credit card
  - lets you try samples
  - super friendly
  - has their own parking lot right across the street
  
  Cons:
  - some of the same items can be purchased for less at other stores

  The best sandwiches around !!!!
  The service is amazing, everyone eager to help and give you tips.
  
  Their sandwiches are made fresh to order . You can order one of their prenamed sandwiches (all named after members of the family ) or you can create your own .
  
  Their salads selections is marvelous and delicious .
  Defiantly becoming a regular !!!!

  I must say I had the best sandwich I have ever had in LA today.
  
  I am from the east coast, where small Italian sandwich shop were everywhere, but unfortunately I have only seen chains like Subway and Jersey Mike in LA.  I appreciate a gourmet Italian sandwich from time to time, I was very happy to find this hidden gem today.
  
  This market offers desserts, pastries, sandwiches, salads, cold cuts, and many more. I was impressed by the variety of the products they sold in the market.
  
  Both Great Grandpa Joe & Spicy Mike were delicious! The meats and vegetables in the sandwiches were fresh, the bread was good, not too dry/hard. With your Yelp check-in you will receive a free can of soda with your order.
  
  I definitely recommend this place, I can't wait to come here again!

  I have been officially ruined for all other Italian Restaurants! There is no need to ever go back to a crashing waste of money and time, due to poor service and decorum like Petrillos ever again.
  ALL Thanks to Claro's in my life now!
  I can easily recreate anything any Italian restaurant has to offer, and then some from the comforts of my own home. Or partake in some of the fully prepared dishes they have to offer.
  
  If I ever find myself wanting to treat my family to an original, affordable, Italian cook meal.
  Claro's is where you'll find me!!!!
  Once home with groceries in tow from here, to quickly sport on an apron, and permeate my home with the freshest, most incredibly TASTY of Italian pastas, meats, cheeses, sauces, olives, olive, wine, pizza dough, Italian sandwiches....(I could easily just keep going on)....
  Treating my family and friends with various Italian feasts. This place is my now secret Italian mistress and ONE SPOT STOP SHOP TO ALL ITALIAN FOOD AND OR INGREDIENTS!
  
  There are no words on how friendly and helpful the entire staff are here! All you have to do is smile upon first entering their front door. Just as you pass by their enticing bakery and pastry section. Then you'll find your eyes just bulging  out of your skull in bewilderment. Like any Looney Toons Cartoon character. As you look all around to the wall to wall imported ingredients for nearly making anything you possibly want from any Italian cuisine.
  
  The staff here are incredibly helpful and will suggest personal favorites to highly suggested products to help insure your future Italian meal will be a great one.
  
  Too bad a particular local Italian restaurant, can't learn to give this sort of truly friendly, family quality, service to their guests. Claro's is a true testament to what it means and knows what it takes to the meaning of customer satisfaction!
  
  The amount of food you will get out of cooking from their products/ingredients will, FAR EXCEED ANYTHING YOU HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM OVER PRICED ITALIAN RESTAURANTS!
  
  Just writing this review makes me start drooling for a freshly made sandwich here! This place in itself beats any subway, Jersey Mike's, or wannabe deli place in a 50 mile radius!
  They have the choice of soft or hard roll bread sandwiches. I was HIGHLY impressed after ordering a couple of full size Grandpa Joe's Sandwiches on soft rolls. YUMMMM!!! That the bread never managed to get soggy after two days sitting in the fridge, from the vegetables and especially the vinaigrette. It was as tasty as if I ordered it the day of! I have eaten manyyy Italian. sandwiches in my day, from all walks of life. And this place just has a full on WOW FACTOR!
  
  So what!?!?  If their parking lot is located across from the adjacent side street. At least your not playing Frogert trying to across the busy Valley Blvd to get here.
  Claro's parking actually helps avoid parking congestion that you would normal deal with from places like Trader Joe's.
  
  If you own a pizza stone. (If you don't? It's totally worth the investment!!!) You can easily make very fresh pizza from the comfort of your own homes. For any simple pizza night with family, or party/special events at home.
  You can easily take one fresh bag of pizza dough, and split it up to make the equivalent to three medium or four small pizzas. The pizzas come out SOoo Delicious!!!! Very filling! And yielded as good, if not better leftovers than many restaurants provide....
  
  One last thing.... Rum Baba!!!!
  It's just so much fun to say! For the curious, this is an Italian dessert  you can find here! It has a strong rum flavor. I'm sure it will be a hit or miss for many, but there are so many other choices of baked goods here. Even to have the opportunity to sample an oddity like, Rum Baba is worth the experience.
  Rum Baba's are like a open faced glazed donut, filled with a cream custard and have a bright ornate icing decor. I'm unsure if it's the custard, the icing or the donut itself is laced with rum. But you'll definitely taste as soon as you eat one.
  "Rum baba", is just a FUN, therapeutic name to say out loud from time to time.

  I wish I had a candle that smelled like this place. Makes your mouth water the moment you walk in. Great choice of dry pasta. Lots of tasty sweets and yummy treats.
  
  But then theres the sandwiches and hot food. Best meatballs I've ever had and that sauce. Good lord!! I cant wait to come back.
